After dozens of calls, no responses to complaints and messages, e-mails and Dell's internet site complaints "1 day turnaround" (sorry, "no turnaround"), I eventually got my refund. Why so hard? I probably used up to $1,000+ in Dell resources to get my money back. What the Dell are they doing!
